Oxley – Subdivide, Relocate and Build

A Splitter block opportunity became available for one of our clients with the potential to relocate the existing dwelling to make room for a new build on the adjoining property. The plan was to renovate the existing relocated house by the client and for The Interfit Group to build the new house. The Interfit Group designed a functional Queenslander style home with modern touches to provide a relaxed lifestyle for the new home owner. As this was an Investment property for our client, the decision to Contract The Interfit Group was based on performance and the ability to handle all aspects of the project and get in on the market as quick as possible. As a result the project was turned around from start to completion in 10 weeks.
