Subdividing, Building Design & Build
In cases where our clients already own their land, we will analyse the square meterage, and take into account Brisbane City Council (or other Qld council or shire) regulations in determining the most lucrative way to develop your land. This could include development from scratch, subdividing, or move / demolishion. We can help you build a second house by subdividing your block, building a block of units, or anything else based on your land and council regulations.
Building Designers for Property Investment & Development
Where you have a ballpark budget in mind and are looking for a block of land and a certain size of development to suit, we can help there also. Whether in Brisbane or anywhere else, any successful investment property needs to start with the right block of land. We help determine what that is, propose a house, units or other building design that will suit you, and make sure that building design will meet council approval before moving forward.
The Design Process
Once a brief is settled on, we design all aspects of the build, from concept to fully-detailed drawings that are ”Ready to Build”. All house & building designs are engineered with innovative construction methods that draw from our long history in both residential and commercial building. This unique approach allows our designers to design beautiful buildings for our clients within an appropriate budget come construction time. We also design your house’s Kitchen, Bathroom, and all internal joinery through Interfit’s own Joinery division on Brisbane’s Northside.
